I always say running saved my life, when I started I was 23 stone and I now sit at 14 stone. It has changed my life for the better, when I’m stressed I run, when annoyed I run, when I’m sad I run and when I’m happy I run. Running has helped so much with my confidence, it is mentally and physically draining so it really can help build character.
In 2018, I decided to start a blog called The Cool Runner I actually have no idea what I am doing I just thought It would be a cool idea to use my running and fitness history to either educate or motivate others.
I have a degree in strength and conditioning, level 1 & 2 FA Coaching badges and Level 3 Personal Training Qualification.
All I want to do is run a 20min 5km by the time I’m 35 so I only have 2 years left haha. Being into running has meant I have met some really cool people who have the same fitness goals as I do and they understand how crazy and obsessed we can be over achieving these running goals.
